Very professional and friendly, kept us informed of the sale of our home the entire time!
Called on the phone - Able to talk to a real person not just an email.
Would without a doubt use again

Fantastic team at Matthew Nicholas - Nick, Paul and Jack were all wonderful to deal with, very professional and continued excellent communication throughout the process of both selling our old and purchasing our new home.

Jack and Paul handled the probate sale of my late parents home just as expertly as they did when they sold the home my parents moved from. Always available and very responsive to emails and queries. A smooth process that is very hard to beat. Highly recommended

Brought a dorma bungalow in, Irchester, Northamptonshire, through this estate agency. From the first viewing to purchase, they could'nt of been more helpfull, especially Jack. They kept me updated regularely during the sale process and were more than happy to assist us in multiple visits back to the property to measure for furnishings.
BIG thank you to them, and we'll have no hessitation in the future of recommending them to everyone.

I recently bought a home through Matthew Nicholas and worked with Jack Postles throughout the process. From the start, Jack was clear, consistent, and kept me updated with weekly progress. He was responsive and reassuring, which helped make the whole process feel manageable. I also appreciated that the wider team were always up to speed; whoever I spoke to could pick things up without delay. A well-organised, professional service from start to finish. Thank you.

We recently bought a house through Matthew Nicholas Estate Agents and could not be happier with their service. Everything was dealt with efficiently and the communication was like no other we have experienced. I have been recommending them to everyone because their service was that good. We had a fairly stressful time trying to get things from the vendors solicitors and they went above and beyond chasing them on our solicitors behalf when they had no answer. They were all friendly and answered all questiond we had. Extremely happy with their service.

Jack was fantastic to work with from start to finish. As a buyer, I really appreciated how knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive he was throughout the entire process. He made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. I’d highly recommend Jack to anyone looking to buy.
